Uses : 
Composition of medicines :

• Dicyclomine Hydrochloride,
• Tramadol Hydrochloride and
• Acetaminophen

Dicyclomine Hydrochloride :
Dicyclomine hydrochloride tablet is used to treat the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Dicyclomine hydrochloride is in a class of medications called anticholinergic. It relieves muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract by blocking the activity of a certain natural substance in the body.
It is also effective during pre-menstrual cramps. The medicine can relieve colicky I.e. abrupt muscles contraction in the abdomen region.

Tramadol Hydrochloride :
Tramadol hydrochloride tablet is used for the short - term relief of moderate to severe pain. It should only be used when other forms of non - opioid pain relief have not been successful in managing pain or are not tolerated. Tramadol hydrochloride is not usually recommended for the treatment of chronic (long-term) pain.

Acetaminophen :
Acetaminophen (APAP) tablet is a non-opioid analgesic & antipyretic agent used to treat pain and fever.
