Uses :
Colimax tablet 10's is a combination drug primarily used in the treatment of high temperature (fever) and spasmodic pain and discomfort due to biliary colic, intestinal colic, renal colic and spasmodic dysmenorrhea (painful irregular periods). It is also helps alleviate the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Composition of medicines :

• Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and 
• Paracetamol 

Dicyclomine Hydrochloride : 
Dicyclomine Hydrochloride tablet is used to treat the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Dicyclomine is in a class of medications called anticholinergics. It relieves muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract by blocking the activity of a certain natural substance in the body. It is also effective during pre-menstrual cramps. This medicine can relieve colicky pain I.e. abrupt muscles contraction in the abdomen region.

Paracetamol :
Paracetamol tablet is a very common medicine and often prescribed alone or with one two medicine to relieve symptoms of fever, nerve pain and during periods, back pain, tooth pain, sore throat, muscles aches, strains, common colds, migraine, long - term mild to moderate pain, inflammation due to arthritis.
