Uses :
Daxiga V tablet SR is a combination medicine that helps control blood sugar levels. This medicine is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps in proper utilizations of insulin, therapy lowering the blood sugar level.

Composition of medicines :

• Dapagliflozin and
• Vildagliptin

Dapagliflozin :
Dapagliflozin tablet is mainly used to treat type 2 diabetes. It can also be used to treat heart failure and chronic kidney disease (CKD). Dapagliflozin is usually prescribed if : you have type 2 diabetes and cannot take metformin.

Vildagliptin :
Vildagliptin is indicated in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. As monotherapy, vildagliptin is indicated in adults inadequately controlled by diet and exercise alone and for whom metformin is inappropriate due to contraindications or intolerance.
