Bitatel CH 40mg / 12.5 mg tablet is a combination of two medicines that helps keep the blood pressure under control. The medicines works by reducing the risk of strokes and myocardial infarction (heart attacks), thereby treating hypertension (high blood pressure).

Composition of medicines :

• Telmisartan and 
• Chlorthalidone 

Telmisartan :
Telmisartan tablet is a blood pressure lowering medicines. It is used for the treatment of high blood pressure. This medicines is also helpful in reducing the chances of heart disease, stroke or death in high risk patients. It contains telmisartan as an active ingredient.

Chlorthalidone :
Chlorthalidone tablet is used to treatment of high blood pressure. It may also be used to reduce swelling related to heart, kidney, or liver disease. It helps your kidneys remove more fluid and salt from your blood through urine. It belongs to a group of medications called diuretics.
