Paracetamol :

Diclofenac Sodium :
Diclofenac Sodium tablet is used to relieve mild or moderate pain & swelling (inflammation) from various condition such as headache, dental pain menstrual cramps, and muscle aches, some brands of this medication may also reduce pain, swelling, and joint stiffness from arthritis. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. Diclofenac is known as nonsteroidal anti - inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking your body's production of certain natural substance that cause inflammation.
