Damita 5 tablet is mainly used to treat type 2 diabetes. It can also be used to treat heart failure and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Damita 5 tablet is usually prescribed if : you have type 2 diabetes and cannot take metformin.

Dapagliflozin tablet is used alone or in combination with other medicines to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control the high blood sugar levels seen in diabetes. This reduces the chance of serious complications of diabetes and also helps prevent heart disease.
