Uses of Drofem tablet (Drotaverine Hydrochloride & Mefenamic Acid)

DROFEM

Uses :
Drofem tablet is generally used in treatment of abdominal pain and menstrual pain. It relieves pain due to smooth muscle spasms like menstrual pain, pain due to kidney stone, pain due to biliary stone and gastro - intestinal colicky pain.
It is also generally used in treatment for pain relief. It relieves pain in conditions like period pain, headache, muscle pain, joint pain or dental pain.

• Nausea 
• Vertigo

Composition of medicines :

• Drotaverine Hydrochloride and
• Mefenamic Acid

Drotaverine Hydrochloride :
Drotaverine hydrochloride tablet is used to relieves pain caused by irritable bowel syndrome, headaches, menstrual period, and cervical spasm throughout childbirth. It also deals with stomach pain, chest pain, gallstones, kidney pain, renal colic pain, and a few other ailments.

Mefenamic Acid :
Mefenamic Acid tablet is indicated for the treatment of mild-to-moderate acute pain or dysmenorrhea.
