Uses :
It is used to relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves) that can occurs in your arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet or toes if you have diabetes and post herpetic neuralgia.
It is also used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is important for the brain and nerves, and for the production of red blood cells. It is sometimes used in people with pernicious anaemia, diabetes, and other conditions.
